[en] Detailed measurements of temperature fluctuations associated with drift-Alfven instability in a finite-β collisional plasma column are reported. The experimentally determined magnitude and phases of density, temperature, floating potential, and plasma potential fluctuations are in agreement with values calculated assuming an adiabatic equation of state. In addition, the radial wave-induced diffusion is found to be comparable to Bohm diffusion and much larger than classical diffusion for the drift-wave branch of the instability and comparable to both Bohm and classical diffusion for the Alfven branch
