AbstractAbstract
[en] Quark-parton and hadron target mass corrections to Bjorken scaling are studied using the parton model, the light-cone expansion, and operator product expansion techniques motivated by asymptotic freedom. Descriptions of the approach to scaling in terms of a unique scaling variable with a parton model interpretation even for massive quarks, but with model-dependent spectral conditions, are found. Limitations on the applicability of the analysis are also discussed. (Auth.)
