AbstractAbstract
[en] Stripping reactions to unbound states in 29P and 29Si were investigated by measuring proton--neutron angular correlations. Similar to stripping experiments which include the measurement of the polarization of the incoming or outgoing particle, this method allows assignments of spins, parities, and partial widths of highly excited levels. The applicability of this method was tested for the case of 29P, where information is available from proton scattering. Also, several new assignments were possible for unstable levels of 29Si. For the analysis of the data a distorted-wave Born-approximation program for the calculation of transfer reactions to unbound states was developed
