AbstractAbstract
[en] As a result of its antimitotic nature, it has been affirmed that labeled bleomycin represents considerable progress in the diagnostic approach to the pulmonary intraparenchymatous round image. A comparative study of uptake of bleomycin, labeled with 57Co, 67Ga and 197Hg, at the level of pulmonary intraparenchymatous round neoplastic foci, was performed on 15 ill subjects. The highest uptakes were obtained with labeled bleomycin. The long half-life of cobalt, however, necessitates extensive precautions to avoid contamination. This justifies the ongoing search for another tracer which can substitute for cobalt and has a shorter period. In addition, examination with cobalt should be reserved for very special cases

On affirme que la bleomycine marquee, du fait de sa nature antimitotique, constitue un progres considerable dans l'approche diagnostique de l'image ronde intraparenchymateuse pulmonaire. Une etude comparative de la fixation de la bleomycine marquee au cobalt 57, du gallium 67 et du mercure 197 au niveau des foyers ronds neoplasiques intraparenchymateux pulmonaires, faite chez 15 malades, confirme que les taux de fixation les plus eleves ont ete obtenus avec la bleomycine marquee. Mais la longue periode du cobalt necessite d'importantes precautions pour eviter toute pollution, justifie les etudes actuellement en cours pour substituer au cobalt un autre traceur a vie plus courte et fait reserver cet examen a des cas tres precisOriginal Title
