AbstractAbstract
[en] The production of intrinsic defects in CaF2 by capture of thermal neutrons is investigated in a wide temperature range in a short- and a long-time period after defect creation. Intrinsic anion self-diffusion is studied by nuclear relaxation measurements in dependence of external magnetic field and crystal orientation. (orig.)

Die Erzeugung innerer Fehlstellen in CaF2 durch Einfang thermischer Neutronen wird in einem weiten Temperaturbereich sowohl in einem Kurzzeit- als auch in einem Langzeitintervall nach Erzeugung der Fehlstellen untersucht. Die innere Eigendiffusion von Anionen wird mit Hilfe nuklearer Relaxationsmessungen in Abhaengigkeit vom aeusseren Magnetfeld und von der Kristallorientierung studiert. (orig.)Source
