[en] The Westinghouse electric hydrogen recombiner has been subjected to an extensive test program to demonstrate that the equipment meets or exceeds performance requirements throughout its installed life. These test programs and results have been documented in WCAP-7709L and Supplements 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Supplement 6 has been prepared to demonstrate that these tests and results qualify the recombiner in accordance with IEEE-323-1974. To facilitate review of the qualification program, it compares the requirements of IEEE-323-1974 with the test program performed. The goal of the report is to simplify the review process by pointing out specific tests and reference documents which support specific IEEE qualification requirements for the recombiner
