AbstractAbstract
[en] It is shown that supersymmetry can be formulated on a space-time lattice. The transformation properties of lattice superfields are elucidated and it is argued that in contrast to the continuous case one has to distinguish between 'classical' and 'quantum mechanical' descriptions treating superfields as c-number functions or operators in Hilbert space, respectively. In both cases invariant actions can be obtained which in the limit a→0 reduce to well known continuous models. In the quantum case the invariance forces the interaction to be nonlocal on the lattice.
