[en] The analysis of experimental data on measuring differential cross section of π^-p → π⁰n charge exchange reaction and differences of total cross sections of π^+-p-interaction in terms of the U-matrix method is carried out. It is shown, that the calculated set of experimental data may be well described with the help of one rho-meson pole. The IHEP and FNAL preliminary data are analyzed separately, predictions are made on polarization in π^-p → π⁰n reaction for IHEP and FNAL energies. The introduction of pole with even signature allows one to describe the data on total π^+-p-cross sections, starting from energy of 20 GeV
