AbstractAbstract
[en] The theory of statistical and electrodynamical plasma properties is exposited. The consideration is based on the generalization of the fluctuation-dissipation theorem for nonlinear media. It is shown, that plasma nonlinear susceptibilities may be expressed in terms of current density fluctuations correlation functions of different orders for the noninteracting particle system. Therefore, a given set of such correlation functions determines entirely all linear and nonlinear electrodynamic properties of a plasma. Using the multitime scale expansion, a set of equations is derived, describing the nonlinear dynamic processes in a plasma. Fluctuations in nonequilibrium plasma with account of nonlinear wave interaction are investigated
