AbstractAbstract
[en] During start-up of the Greifswald-1 reactor gamma and neutron radiation was measured using activation probes and thermoluminescent detectors which provided more accurate results than colorimetric dosemeters and solid state track detectors. A correlation was found between the n,γ field intensity and reactor power. The spatial distribution of the gamma dose and neutron fluence resulted in corresponding values. The spectral fluence distribution confirmed the existence of a soft neutron spectrum
