[en] The engineering and physical problems of design of a thermonuclear installation involve a detailed investigation of the interaction between the fusion neutrons and the blanket materials. Die technischen und physikalischen Probleme bei der Erstellung von Kernfusionsanlagen machen eine eingehende Untersuchung der Wechselwirkung 'thermonuklearer' Neutronen mit den Struktur- und anderen Materialien des Brutmantels erforderlich. In der Arbeit wird ein Ueberblick ueber die wichtigsten Prozesse gegeben, die im Brutmantel (Blanket) einer Kernfusionsanlage ablaufen und durch Kernreaktionen bedingt sind: a) Brueten von Tritium, b) nukleare Erwaermung, c) Strahlenschaeden.
