[en] On February 23, 1978, a hearing was held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to show cause why the suspended drilling permits for drilling at Vacherie and Rayburn's Domes should not be permanently revoked. Presentations on behalf of the Department of Energy were made by Dr. J. D. Martinez, Dr. C. D. Zerby, and Dr. C. A. Heath. The text of this report presents the prepared testimony of C. D. Zerby. Not included are the many questions and answers. The testimony as presented may be incomplete since it was prepared from notes used by C. D. Zerby during the presentation.
