AbstractAbstract
[en] An integrated off-gas treatment facility for the recovery of 129I, 14C and 85Kr from the dissolver off-gas of a light water reactor nuclear fuel reprocessing plant is described. The design is based on the best available technologies. Material balance and flow diagrams for the Iodine, Carbon and Krypton Recovery Systems are given. The design criteria for a Krypton Storage Facility and an Integrated Off-Gas Treatment Building are presented. All criteria are scaled to a 2000 metric ton/year reprocessing plant
