AbstractAbstract
[en] Computation methods for deformation dependent terms of the nuclear potential energy in the Myers-Swiatecki's and Krappe-Nix's variants of the liquid-drop model are presented. Also, an extension of the Krappe-Nix integral, surface and Coulomb energies formulas in case of reflection asymmetric deformations leading to fragments with different charge-to-mass ratio is introduced. AbstractAbstract
[en] We estimate the influence of nuclear ground-state deformations on the lifetimes of heavy-fragment radioactivities. It is shown that deviations from sphericity of the fragments lead to significant corrections of the lifetimes of heavy-fragment radioactivities. Other ideas and refinements recognised within fission-like calculations are extended here to include the excitation of collective modes as a mechanism for enhancing heavy-fragment radioactivity. The estimations are performed for the most interesting cases under the current experimental search. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] STAPRE-H is an extension of the code STAPRE based on the Hauser-Feshbach statistical model and the ''exciton model'' for the pre-equilibrium emission accounting. The specific features of the code STAPRE-H are discussed, list of all input data and formats and sample problem input and output are given. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] An extension of the folded-Yukawa potential-surface and Coulomb-energies formulae for fusion of heavy ions (or fission fragments) with different charge-to-mass ratio is presented. For various combinations of nuclei along the Green approximation of the line of beta-stability, the general trend of variation of interaction barriers, fusion Q-values and fission barriers is studied. Calculated interaction barriers are compared with experimental one for some 58 pairs of colliding nuclei. PES for the following reactions: 109Ag + 40Ar, 84Kr + 65Cu, 75As + 74Ge, 138Ce + 57Fe, 144Nd + 61Ni, 116Cd + 84Kr, and 142Nd + 84Kr are computed using the parametrization of the asymmetric spheroid with neck. AbstractAbstract
[en] A realistic level density approach, consistently employed within the pre-equilibrium emission and statistical model calculations, has been tested by comparing calculated fast neutron induced reaction data with the experimental data. The consistency of the exciton state densities, involved in the pre-equilibrium emission model, and the nuclear level density has been obtained using a single set of two-fermion level density parameters.(authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Some details on the cranking model and its application to the interpretation of the band structures of the doubly odd nucleus 134Pr are presented. The cranking Hamiltonian without pairing correlations is derived and rotations around and perpendicular to the symmetry axis are emphasized. The introduction of the pairing correlations, the Hartree- Fock-Bogolyubov are discussed. The information provided by the transformation to the intrinsic system is presented. The knowledge of the correct single-particle spectra for analyzing the high-spin phenomena is shown to be important, the Nilsson model with axial asymmetry is described. As an illustrative application of the cranking model, the band structure of the doubly odd nucleus 134Pr is discussed.(authors)
