AbstractAbstract
[en] Under reverse bias, if frequency of small AC signal exceeds some value, the junction capacitance of Au-Si surface barrier detector will decrease. In this paper the experimental results of frequency influence on CV characteristics have been discussed and analysed. The highest available threshold frequency fsub(th) depends on electrical field E in semiconductor depletion zone. The experimental relationships among fsub(th) and E, resistivity and voltage are given. At room temperature fsub(th) can be 1-4 MHz

AbstractAbstract
[en] The FH1935 computer low background liquid scintillator system which consists of a NEW TRS 80 microcomputer and a liquid scintillation counter for measuring 3H, 14C etc is introduced. The function of the software and the DCS program structure of the system, the block diagram and the basic principle of data analysis program modular ANADAT are described. The data measured and the calculated results for a group of samples are presented. The system has been put into production in batches

AbstractAbstract
[en] This articale introduces the equalization principle of which the response time to step function pulse is equal to or less than 1 ns for a one kilometer cable Model SIVP-75-18. Its novelty is that, more than one pole-zero pair is necessary, if the requirement of cable equalization is in a range of over 6 dB per double frequencies, and the increased pole-zero pairs must construct independent networks. Using this new principle of equalization, the response time to step function pulse for a transmission system of 840 meters cable Model SIVP-75-18 connected with a 20 meters Model SYV-75-9 has been equalized to o.91 ns, and the total attenuation is 40 dB. In addition, the method of designing cable equalizer with a programmable calculator Model Ti-59 or Ti-58 C has been developed

[en] This paper introduces the KCF Model portable γ-ray microroentgenmeter used in ground water prospecting. It takes a CMOS counter as the shaper. This instrument can change its measuring range by modifying its dividing frequency factor. Its sensitivity is not inferior to 1 μ R/h and its nonlinear error is less than 5%

AbstractAbstract
[en] A Multiple multichannel spectra acquisition and processing system with intelligent interface is described. Sixteen spectra measured with various lengths, channel widths, back biases and acquisition times can be identified and collected by the intelligent interface simultaneously while the connected computer is doing data processing. The execution time for the Ge(Li) gamma-ray spectrum analysis software on IBM PC-XT is about 55 seconds

[en] An γ-ray transmission convex gauge for measuring the thickness of steel plate transverse section is described. It is suitable to measure the steel plate thickness less than 8 mm, or the aluminium plate less than 40 mm, or the copper plate less than 4 mm. In the case of the standard plates with the static condition, the measurement accuracy is 0.5%, and the fastest response time is 0.5 second

AbstractAbstract
[en] The pulse generator consists of ECL semiconductor integrated circuits, high speed transistors and step restorer diodes, etc. Its circuit is simple. The leading edge of the output pulse is less than 100 ps, and the output impedance is 50 Ω. An ECL 'four-wire receiver' connected as a closedloop circuit is used in the oscillator section of the set. The pulse frequency obtained may be less than 10 Hz or higher than 100 MHz. The control of pulse width is based on the subtraction of two pulse widths. The output pulse width may be less than 10 ns and the maximum width is as wide as a half-cycle time of the oscillator. The coutinuously adjustable pulse amplitude is from +- 35 mV to +- 5 V

[en] A high speed charge sensitive amplifier is described. A CC circuit is inserted in between the CS and CC circuits to improve the root locus of the characteristic equation of the amplifier. The transient response of the amplifier has been improved. The rise time is 4.5 ns (overshoot less than 10%); The equivalent noise line width is 1 KeV

[en] The dose measurement is studied in a radiation field in which the intensity of radiation changes rapidly with time. This paper introduces an integral pulse discharge method which may be used as the basic measurement method. A detection system for operating in γ, X, neutron mixed field is designed
