AbstractAbstract
[en] The problem of the diffusion of an electron on an ion is examined in the framework of Louis de Broglie's double-solution theory. The solution we got is shown to disagree with experiment because of the persistency of the incoming wave. We suggest to start this study again with a wave-packet of finite length

AbstractAbstract
[en] The work of S. Kichenassamy (1926-2015) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics covers the spectrum of Relativistic Physics : from the clarification of the postulational basis of the two theories of Relativity, to applications to the measurement of proper time, image formation, collision theory, kinetic theory and radiative transfer, or pulsar electrodynamics, to name a few. After brief biographic remarks, we show, by following an argument first formulated in 1963, and developed in a series of papers, that the physical interpretation of General Relativity requires the replacement of the strong equivalence principle by the C-equivalence principle. By giving a mathematical status to the observer, his insight yields new results regarding measurements actual observers can make, both in Special and in General Relativity. Applications are outlined. His contributions to Indology will be discussed elsewhere. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] This article reports experiments of high current electric discharges performed in light water within the frame of experiments aiming at detecting possible lepton magnetic monopoles. The considered experiments aimed at identifying the transformation of a part of hydrogen into deuterium as it is predicted by the Lochak theory. The authors present the experimental installation, and present and discuss the obtained results in terms of hydrogen disappearance and of deuterium appearance

AbstractAbstract
[en] The aim of this paper is to improve to non-linear classical hamiltonian systems the method which we call ''Resonant Averaging Method'' and which has been previously worked out in linear cases, especially in Quantum Mechanics. We deal with integrable and autonomous system perturbed by a time periodic or pseudo-periodic field and we generalize Bogolioubov and Mitropolsky method. In opposite with other approaches, we are able to give approximated solutions which are available as far from a specific resonance as in its close neighbourhood. It becomes then easy to follow the behaviour of a system by continuity when we vary one of the perturbation frequencies in a large zone which may include a resonance of the non perturbed system. Finally, we illustrate the method in the case of the physical non linear pendulum with a periodic parametric perturbation
[fr]

AbstractAbstract
[en] Lorentz and CPT invariance require that the predictive evolution of a quantal system from a preparation and the retrodictive evolution of the same system towards a later measurement are treated on the same footing. It is therefore submitted that between the two pseudo-time instants σ1 and σ2 (in the TONONAGA-SCHWINGER senses) where the preparation and the measurement are respectively performed, the system is in the course of transiting from PHI(σ1) to PSI(σ2). Before introducing this concept we consider briefly the overall scheme of relativistic quantum mechanics, and discuss the interpretation of the FEYNMAN propagator
[fr]

AbstractAbstract
[en] Dynamical field equations arising in statistical mechanical can be regarded as lifts (in many cases Liouville equations) of equations governing the time evolution of a particle or few particles. Three different methods leading to this alternative interpretation of dynamical field equations, their history and usefulness are reviewed

AbstractAbstract
[en] Existence of quantum waves in space and time devoid of energy-momentum seems to be indicated by neutron interferometric experiments. A similar point of view has been discussed in famous papers by Einstein, de Broglie and Bohr. An experiment is proposed which could test this idea using a low intensity photon beam
