AbstractAbstract

[en] The investigations contributing to the development of a new approach to the description of quantum systems based on their evolution law with respect not to the time as usually but to the value of coupling constant (the EQS method), are reviewed. A general formulation of the EQS method is aiven with respect to the nonrelativistic quantum mechanical problems. With respect to the few number body problem in low energy nuclear physics the scattering problem is considered in detail using the Yost functions. In this case the EQS method leads to simple analytical expressions for the neutron-deuteron scattering phases, triton coupling constants and virial coefficients. Basic attention is paid to the possibility of obtaining new solutions of the EQS equations not containing standard difficulties. In the problems of quantum field theory the EQS method results in solutions not containing the ghost pole (in quantum electrodynamics) and the nonrenormalizable divergencies (in the theory of (V-A)-interaction)

[en] Studies were made to reconstruct successively lost links in proofs of the theorem of charge quantization based on the Dirak relativistic principle of operation for interacting electric charges and magnetic monofields. The principle of operation is formulated in brief, and the relation between the Dirac, Maxwell and singular electromagnetic fields is considered. It is discussed, which equations are obtained for electromagnetic string coordinated. It is shown that the theory of electric and magnetic charges would be unacceptable, if coordinates of strings were not considered as dynamically valuable variables. As physical sense of electric charges is considered in detail. The results are applied to three various ways of the deducing of charge quantization condition. Arguments are presented in favour of the significance of singularities

[en] Weak interactions for the three- and four-triplet models are considered. Quark charges are chosen to be integer. The most general form of interaction in models with observable color is discussed. Under definite condition it is shown that diagonality of the neutral current follows from universality of weak interactions (SU (2) algebra for the ''weak charges'') immedaately. The nonleptonic weak interaction Lagrangian of noncharmed hadrons is constructed. Some predictions are made for nonleptonic weak decays of charmed hadrons. With these currents it is possible to describe up-to-date high energy neutrino experiments. The proposed methods of dealing with weak currents may turn out to be rather useful when considering other quark schemas

[en] The results of the investigations on preasymptotic effects in the processes of elastic π

^{+-}p and pN scattering for wide angles at high energies are presented in the review. Different approaches to the study of asymptotic angular dependences of the processes of two-particle scattering are considered. The asymptotics of the scattering amplitude for wide angles is obtained. In the framework of quasipotential Logunov-Tavkhelidze approach the study of corrections of lower orders to the main asymptotic member of scattering amplitude is carried out. It is shown that preasymptotic expressions, found for differential cross sections of scattering, permit to obtain a good quantitative description of the whole set of experimental data on π^{+-}p, pp and pn scattering for large angles[ru]

[en] The purpose of the present review is to consider the CP-invariance problem in quantum chromodynamics and various methods of its solution. Basic data on quantum chromodynamics, the most popular nowadays theory of strong interactions are pointed out. The THETA vacuum notion is introduced and its properties are considered. Estimates are given of the THETA parameters (CP-violation parameter) in quantum chromodynamics coming from experimental restraints for the electric neutron dipole moment. The solutions of the CP-problem connected with the hypothesis on the u-quark mass absence are discussed. The axion models are considered in which the CP-problem is solved at the appearance of the light pseudoscalar particle having a semi-weak bond with leptons and quarks. Models with discrete symmetry group (in particular models with right-left symmetry, in which the CP-violation THETA parameter appears to be small) are discussed. Other ''non orthodox'' possibilities of elucidating the CP-invariance observed in strong interactions discussed in literature are considered

[en] To obtain monochromatic and well-colimated beams of charged particles the main methods for beam cooling in accelerators and accumulators (radiation ionization electron and stochastic) are considered. The evaluations presented have shown that the experiments with colliding electron-positron beams are the main sphere of application of the radiation method of cooling, based on the use of synchronous irradiation, appearing during charged particle movement on the curvilinear trajectory. Ionization irradiation based on the use of ionization energy losses of accelerated charged particles to create the friction force during compensation of energy losses by equilibrium particle from the external source proved to be perspective when muon beam obtaining. The method of electron cooling, when as a result of coulomb collisions the proton beam is ''cooled'' with the intensive beam of electrons, transmissed in parallel to electron beam, is considered in detail. The results of the experimental study of the electron cooling method are presented. The system to suppress betatron vibrations of the particles using the method of stochastic cooling, based on the use of active systems of feedback, interacting with the beam, is considered. Possibilities of application of the method in the process of experiments in the field of elementary particles and atomic nucleus physics are shown

[en] Peculiarities of behaviour of the mean cross section of inelastic neutron scattering with the change of the mass number are possible to explain on the basis of representations of intermediate states with a structure analogous to the structure of low-lying states of odd-nucleon nuclei. The intermediate structure of mean cross sections of neutron scattering, resulted from the relation of one-particle and collective degree of freedom, is characteristic of the processes for comparatively low energy of incident par-- ticles (for 1 MeV mean and heavy nuclei). The analysis of inelastic scattering of low energy neutrons with exciting collective levels shows that the cross sections of the direct process and compound-reaction can be comparable in value in a number of cases in the region of nonintersecting resonances

[en] Symmetry properties of the Maxwell equation for the electromagnetic field are analysed as well as of the Dirac and Kemmer-Duffin-Petiau one. In the frame of the non-geometrical approach it is demonstrated, that besides to the well-known invariance under the conformal group and Heaviside-Larmor-Rainich transformation, Maxwell equation possess the additional symmetry under the group U(2)xU(2) and under the 23-dimensional Lie algebra A

^{23}. The additional symmetry transformations are realized by the non-local (integro-differential) operators. The symmetry of the Dirac. equation under the differential and integro-differential transformations is investio.ated. It is shown that this equation is invariant under the 18-parametrical group, which includes the Poincare group as a subgroup. The 28-parametrical invariance group of the Kemmer-Duffin-Petiau equation is found. The finite conformal group transformations for a massless field of any spin are obtained. [en] An attempt is made to understand the striking features of the recent 180 deg pion-production data in proton-nucleus collisions in the framework of the two-component EP-ET-picture. In this model nuclei collision is considered as interaction of the effective missile (EM) with effective target (ET), ''tube''. It is shown: a) although the characteristic features in the two kinematical regions; 0.8 GeV < or approximately epsilon < or approximately 4 GeV and epsilon > 4 GeV(epsilon is the incident kinetic energy in the lab-frame) are qualitatively different, the reaction mechanisms in these two regions are the same; b) the epsilon-dependence of the spectrum-slope as well as that of the π
