[en] The given article affects main principles and ways of establishing an international radiation protection standards in Azerbaijan. There is also mentioned about ICRP recommendations which are strongly used within the country. All these recommendations can de divided into several groups : a) Justification principle; b) The optimization principle; c) The dose-limitation principle. Also ICRP recommendations have scientific and medical character, issued as publication. There have been made a connection between Government Organizations, National Security and Radiation protection. Additional protection and safety objectives have been described in detail. At least final conclusion concerning the ways of improvement national radiation control had been offered.
[en] Full text: Regularities of photochemical purification of complex hydrocarbonic mixes from hydrogen sulphide have been analysed under pressure of geese within the 0.1:2.7 kPa, time of irradiation is 0:30 min and at the temperature of 300:673K. As processes indicators there are measured rates of decomposition of hydrogen sulphide as well as hydrogen and sulphur formation. [en] Full Text: In the article the possibility for increasing of measurement accuracy of emissive gases arising during open waste burning on garbage dumps has been considered. For this purpose it is suggested to combine Differential Optical Absorption Spectrometers (DOAS) method with three wavelength method. [en] The dielectric properties of nano-SiO2 samples have been stadied before and after irradiation. The samples have been irradiated with neutron flux with 2·1013n/cm2sec flux density up 5,10,15 and 20 hours. It has been given the results of the study of real and imaginary parts of permittivity of nano-SiO2 initial and irradiated with neutron flux in the frequency range of 0.09Hz dependences of dielectric loss. As result of the analysis, the permittivity of nano-SiO2 increases in the general tendency under the influence of neutron flux.The interdependence between the real and imaginary parts of the permittivity of the nano-SiO2 particles has been studied. In these dependencies, it has been determined from the states similar to the Cole-Cole diagrams that the value of the relaxation period corresponds to the polarization of nanoparticles. As a result of the analysis, the dielectric losses of SiO2 nanoparticles decreases with the increase of neutron flux impact period under the influence of neutron flux. The mechanism of obtained peaks and other effects have been given.
