AbstractAbstract
[en] The macroscopic neutron integral experiments made in China for past thirty years are reviewed, and some important aspects, such as the purpose, significant characteristics, macroscopic samples used, the parameters, experimental conditions and so on, are briefed. In addition, the overseas relative work is introduced briefly

AbstractAbstract
[en] The bibliographies and abstracts of China Nuclear Science and Technology Reports published in 1996 (Report Numbers CNIC-01021∼CNIC-01130) are presented. The items are arranged according to INIS subject categories, which mainly are physical sciences, chemistry, materials, earth sciences, life sciences, isotopes, isotope and radiation applications engineering and technology, and other aspects of nuclear energy. The numbers on the left corners of the entries are report numbers, and on the right corners the serial numbers. A report number index is annexed

AbstractAbstract
[en] An elctron beam, generated by the concave focusing cathode of EAP-74 pulseline accelerator, is injected into the bifilar helical wiggler with a matching thin solenoidal lens. The wiggler length LW = 1.5 m, with period λW = 3.45 cm. 130A electron beam are obtained at the end of the wiggler exit under the wiggler magnitude of 1.25 kG. The growth rate of 130 dB/m is obtained by measuring the output power as a function of the wiggler interaction length. Saturation phenomenon and saturation power of 7.6 MW are observed and measured also at LW ≥ 0.9 m, and an efficiency of 5% has been achieved. Spectral diagnosing of 35-38 GHz is performed with a waveguide dispersive line. The tolal output energy of 41-48 mJ is measured with the calorimeter. The waveguide mode in the interaction region is TE11 Mode

AbstractAbstract
[en] The phenomena of minor disruptions during current flat phase have been observed in the HL-1 device for five years. When these phenomena appear the safety factors qa are between 2.5∼4.5, and densities are between 1 x 1013 cm-3 and 3 x 1013 cm-3 or greater than 4 x 1013 cm-3. Periodic relaxation ocsillations of voltage and soft-X-rays are observed during minor disruptions. Their character and development conditions are carefully analylsed

[en] (NH4)4(PFe(III)Mo11(VI)O40H2) · 9H2O (yellow) and (NH4)4(PFe(III)Mo(V)Mo10(VI)O40H3) · (blue) have been synthesised. The Moessbauer Spectra of the two heteropolyacid salts have been determined by using the method of 57Fe isotropic enrichment. The IR spectra and magnetic susceptibility have been obtained. It is found that splitting Qs can be used as an indication of distortion degree of MO6 (M = Mo, Fe) octahedra in keggin structure. There is a super exchange interaction between Mo(V) and Fe(III) through Mo(V)-O-Fe(III) bridge in Keggin structure

AbstractAbstract
[en] Positron annihilation techenique has been to study the non-linear Ohmic effect of ZnO. The resemblence of curve representing the short life-time τ1 and its component I1 vs. current i with the voltage drop curve proves that this component I1 belongs to the annihilation of transporting electron and positron. The experimental results give support to the explaination of Schottky barrier model for the effect of intergranular boundary

AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of theoretical and experimental studies on steam-water two-phase flow void fraction in a vertically downward tube at a pressure of 3 MPa are presented. The optical fiber probe, conductance probe and quick closed valves are applied in the experiments. The results show that the void fraction is larger than th volumetric fection in low volumetric fraction region, however, in high volumetric fraction region the void fraction is less than the volumetric fraction. The model established in the paper is coincident well with the experimental data

AbstractAbstract
[en] Because of the restriction of the loop arrangment, the measurements with spherical Pitot tube only can be performed in the position 1D behind the bend of a pipe 700 mm in diameter. The total flow rate is obtained using the equal annulation area integration of the velocities. This method has been checked in laboratory, the field tests have been made in a heat exchanger with 2000-4000 m3/h flow rate. The measurement error of this method is ±5%. The results have been used in engineering design

AbstractAbstract
[en] In order to resolve th problem of radiation scattering and streaming in large size void and gap, the Albedo Monte Carlo method (AMC) was studied. By means of introducing, revising and enhancing the function of MORSE-CG and BREESE codes, the MORSE-ALBE code was formed. Based on the code, the code system for streaming calculation was constituted and was used for calculating neutron streaming through the thermal insulator annular gap of actual reactor pressure vessel
