AbstractAbstract
[en] This work is accomplished through the method of inelastic scattering of the reactor fast neutrons wit the purpose of obtaining new data on spins and lifetimes of the 65Cu excited states. The γ-spectra from the 65Cu (n, n'γ) reaction are studied. The energy and intensity of the γ-transitions are measured, their spins are identified and the lifetime of a number of exited states are determined

AbstractAbstract
[en] The expression for complete cross section of the conversion electrons emission by collision of ions with the 20-100 MeV/nucleon energy is obtained in assumption, that the nucleus of one of the ions was before the collision in the isomer state. The cross sections numerical calculations of the process under consideration were performed for a number of reactions. The formulae for the electrons average life time relative to the internal conversion by the ions beam transmission through the substance is obtained

AbstractAbstract
[en] The advantages and accuracy of the multiparticle theory of proton decay, based on the integral formula for the decay widths are demonstrated on the basis of analysis of various theoretical approaches to the description of the nuclei proton radioactivity. It is shown, that shell potential deformation parameters, obtained from the analysis of proton decay of add-even and odd-odd deformed nuclei correlate well with analogous parameters, forecasted in a number of systematics. The analysis of characteristics of the proton spectra thin structure of highly-deformed nuclei is carried out

Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] In-medium nucleon electromagnetic form factors are investigated in the framework in chiral and scale-invariant Lagrangian. They are found to be suppressed as density increases. The mean square radii increases significantly in respect to the free space. For example, at normal nuclear density at q2 = 7.5 fm-2 electric form factors of proton and neutron decrease by 17 and 4%, respectively

Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] Global observable distributions of nucleus-nucleus collisions at high energy are studied. It is shown that these distributions are sensitive to interaction dynamics and can be used to investigate the dense nuclear matter evolution. At the LHC energy scale (√SNN = 5 TeV in the heavy ion mode) the central bump over pseudorapidity plateau in the differential distributions of total transverse energy flows induced by the jet quenching effect is obtained. The energy loss dependence on energy of collision for various colliding ion species is explored. A new scheme for collision geometry determination is proposed as well. It is based on the correlation between transverse energy flow in the pseudorapidity interval 3 < |η| < 5 and an impact parameter

Primary Subject

AbstractAbstract
[en] The contribution to the binding energy of a two-body system due to the crossed two-boson exchange contribution is calculated, using the Bethe-Salpeter equation. This is done for distinguishable, scalar particles interacting via the exchange of scalar massive bosons. The sensitivity of the results to the off-shell behavior of the operator accounting for this contribution is discussed. Large corrections to the Bethe-Salpeter result in the ladder approximation are found. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Radioactive beams obtained via fragmentation of the projectile on a primary target have shown to be a powerful tool to produce exotic nuclei. Some typical results obtained at GANIL in this area will be shown. To go further and, in particular, to get beams of exotic nuclei, new facilities have been developed recently. The physics case expected from the use of these radioactive ion beam facilities is extremely ambitious as stated in the scientific motivations justifying their construction. At GANIL, the SPIRAL facility is ready and will hopefully deliver the first radioactive beams before the end of 2000. However, when looking into more details, it soon appears that severe limitations might reduce the hopes if R and D efforts are not done. The low intensities, wide range of experimental conditions and the radioactive nature of the beam itself are some of these constraints. The design of the future (and already under construction) spectrometers intended to be used with radioactive beams integrates these new difficulties in their technical specifications. In this talk, based on the description on some simple realistic experiments, the physics will be described and the performances expected from the new generation of detectors will be discussed. The trends for new ideas in large efficiency spectrometers will be briefly described, based on the experience which has already been acquired through the R and D performed in the framework of some large collaborations.
