Description
Presentation by Alan Heyes from King's College, London, UK devoted to evaluation of the Global Partnership Programme 2002-2010. One of the most significant achievements of the programme was the almost completed joint effort for dismantlement of 190 Russia's decommissioned nuclear submarines, and projects for safe and secure management of their SNF and RW. The author provides conclusions and recommendations for future international efforts, including the work of CEG.
