Description
A distribution study has been carried out at the Radiotherapy Sub-Installation of Prof. RSUP. Dr.I.G.N.G. Talking about Distribution of doses of 6 MV and 10 MV photon radiation beams in cases of cervical cancer using the Three Technique Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3DCRT) and determining dose distribution to Organs at Risk (OAR). The data processing method used is analysis of the HI, CI and dose distribution values in the OAR against 20 patients. The results obtained are the average dose distribution in the target volume in the form of the HI value for 6 MV and 10 MV photon beams, respectively, it is 0.0924 ± 0.0039 and 0.0929 ± 0.0020. CI value for Photon beams of 6 MV and 10 MV respectively are 0.9630 ± 0.0021 and 0.9631 ± 0.0021. Dose distribution on The OAR obtained consists of a rectum for 6 MV and 10 MV photon beams respectively, namely: 16.72 % ± 1.80 % and 7.38 % ± 1.70 %, right femoral head in 6 MV and 10 MV photon beams respectively namely 0.85 % ± 0.29 % and 0.96 % ± 0.33 %, as well as for the left femoral head at 6 MV and 10 MV photon beams MV respectively is 0.68 % ± 0.29 % and 0.76 % ± 0.27 %. The dose distribution values obtained in the target volume has been distributed uniformly and precisely surrounding the target, as well as the dose distribution obtained at OAR is still within the specified tolerance limits.
