Description
Nuclear Safety Seminar (SKN) 2023 with the theme Improving the Safety and Security of Nuclear Installations and Ionizing Radiation Sources to Support the Competitiveness of Nuclear Products and Improve Community Welfare. From this theme, four groups of topics emerged in the submitted papers: safety of nuclear installations and materials, Radiation Safety in Health Modalities, radiation safety in radiation facilities, and radioactive substances, as well as security, safeguards, communications, and radioactive minerals. Held in Bali, 12 September 2023 by the NUCLEAR ENERGY SUPERVISORY AGENCY in collaboration with the FACULTY OF MATHEMATICS AND NATURAL SCIENCES - UDAYANA UNIVERSITY. We hope that this SKN will be successful and will be able to become a forum for scientific meetings for scientists as well as nuclear safety regulation and technology activists from various agencies and related parties, including government agencies, academics, nuclear energy observers, industry, and professional associations. Nuclear technology that continues to develop, taking into account safety and better utilization, must be taken into consideration when formulating regulations. There are 49 relevant papers that are based on the results of reviews by a team of reviewers from BAPETEN, BRIN, UNUD, UGM, and UNDIP. (DRMPI)
