Rules for the implementation of code on the safety regulation for civilian nuclear pressure retaining components

The 'Rules' were issued by the National Nuclear Safety Administration, the Ministry of Machine Building and Electronics Industry and the Ministry of Energy on March 5, 1993, which are applicable to the nuclear safety surveillance of nuclear pressure retaining components, listed in Article 2 of the 'Code'. It is applicable to the safety surveillance for nuclear pressure retaining components in the activities of design, manufacture, installation, test, examination, in-service inspection, maintenance, decommissioning, removal and transfer etc. The NNSA shall dispose nuclear safety surveillance organization and set up nuclear safety inspectors of the nuclear pressure retaining components in order to effectively perform the nuclear safety surveillance of nuclear pressure retaining components
