Regulations on the nuclear safety of the People's Republic of China
Description
To meet the needs of nuclear safety exchange with foreign organizations, the 'Regulations on the Nuclear Safety of the People's Republic of China' are complied by the NNSA (National Nuclear Safety Administration). This collection consists of the effective nuclear safety regulations (including amendments) that were formulated and promulgated or issued during the period from 1986 to 1995. Nuclear safety regulations in this Collection are classified into (1) Administrative Regulations, issued by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, and (2) Department Rules, issued by the NSSA or by the NSSA together with other governmental bodies of the State Council. As to administrative regulations in the Collection are arranged in the order of the time of their promulgation or issuance; as to the department rules are arranged in the order of their serial numbers
