Radiation-thermal conversion of organic parts of oil-bituminous rock

  • 1. Institute of Radiation Problems, NAS of Azerbaijan, Baku (Azerbaijan)

Description

Full text: The transformations of liquid products of thermal decomposition of oil-bituminous rock (OBR) under action of radiation and accelerated electrons are considered in this report. Liquid products are received by heating of OBR in the blast of argon up to temperature 500 degrees centigrade. One liquid products and 7 litre gases are received from 5 kg OBR by such way. Liquid products are allocated on three fractions with temperature of boiling: 1). T< 200 degrees centigrade, 2). 200350 degrees centigrade). The rate of thermal processes of decomposition of liquid products is much lower than radiation-thermal. The change of ratio of thermal and radiation-thermal processes rates depending on temperature and rate of radiation dose is considered. The mechanism and some technical and economic parameters of processes of radiation-thermal transformations of liquid products of OBR are discussed
