Proceedings of the third specialist research meeting on 'condensed matter physics research using short-lived nuclei and radiations'
- 1. RIKEN, Wako, Saitama (Japan)
- 2. Kyoto University, Research Reactor Institute, Kumatori, Osaka (Japan)
Description
Studies of hyperfine interactions with probes of radioactive nuclei and radiations play a very important role in understanding the fundamental properties of materials. In this field, intensive investigations have been carried out using a variety of nuclear techniques such as Moessbauer spectroscopy, perturbed angular correlation (PAC). The 3rd symposium under the title of 'Condensed Matter Physics Research Using Short-Lived Nuclei and Radiations' was held at the Research Reactor Institute, Kyoto University for two days on November 24 and 25 in 2010. This issue is the collection of 20 papers presented at the entitled meeting. The 17 of the presented papers are indexed individually. (J.P.N.)
