Description
The double electrostatic ion-ring ExpEriment, DESIREE, is currently under construction at Stockholm University, Sweden. The primary objective of DESIREE is to study interactions between keV beams of positive and negative ions at very low and well controlled center-of-mass energies (down to a few MeV) and at very low internal temperature (down to a few K)
