Description
This 1984 Act on Nuclear Activities (1984:3) replaces the 1956 Atomic Energy Act as well as the 1977 Act on special permits to charge nuclear reactors with nuclear fuel and the 1980 Act on Public Insight into the Safety Work at Nuclear Power Plants. Like the 1956 Act, the 1984 Act in a safety legislation, which is based on a system of licensing conditions and supervision. According to the fundamental provisions of the 1984 Act, nuclear activities should be conducted in such a way as to meet safety requirements and fulfil the obligations that follow from Sweden's international agreements for the purpose of preventing the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Cette Loi de 1984 sur les activites nucleaires (1984:3) remplace la loi sur l'energie atomique de 1956 ainsi que la Loi de 1977 relative a l'autorisation speciale pour le chargement en combustibles des reacteurs nucleaires et enfin la Loi de 1980 relative a l'information du public en ce qui concerne la securite dans les centrales nucleaires. Au meme titre que la Loi de 1956, la Loi de 1984 traite de la surete nucleaire; elle met en place un systeme d'autorisation et de controle des installations nucleaires. Conformement aux dispositions fondamentales de la nouvelle Loi, les activites nucleaires doivent etre conduites de maniere a satisfaire aux exigences de securite et a remplir les obligations qui decoulent pour la Suede des accords internationaux souscrits dans le domaine de la prevention de la proliferation des armes nucleairesFiles
