Description
This Supplementary Ordinance on Nuclear Activities (1984:14) sets out a regulatory regime for the conveyance out of Sweden of equipment or material that has been specially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of nuclear substances or which is otherwise of essential importance for the production of nuclear devices. The Annex to the Ordinance sets out the list of such equipment or material whose export is subject to Government authorisation. (NEA)
