Description

This presentation will focus on identifying and evaluating the more common, significant uncertainty components for typical NAA measurements, including ones that are frequently ignored, as well as developing complete uncertainty budgets for NAA using the comparator method of standardization. The performance of NAA will also be compared to that of IDMS, another primary ratio method of measurement, in high-level metrological studies of trace elements in complex matrices
