System performance assessment is a term used to describe all the analytical steps involved in the assessment of the radiological impact of a radioactive waste disposal system, taking into account all engineered and natural components. These proceedings present the contributed papers and findings of a Workshop which the NEA devoted to systems performance assessments for radioactive waste disposal, with emphasis on the study of the main linkages between the most important components of this complex subject
