  • 1. Moscow Inst. of Electronic Engineering, Moscow (USSR)

Description

Sputtering stability of light alloys containing a small percentage of Li and Be has been studied. An abnormal sputtering stability has been found under bombardment of the above alloys by 0.5 keV neon ions at 3.1016 cm-2s-1 particle flow density
