Technetium and rhenium complexes derived from spiperone. Pt. 3

Description

The first Re-coordinate compound is at present ready for use in biological screening. The structure of this complex shows similarity to the dopamine D2 receptor binding ligand spiperone. In the preliminary experiments it shall be tested whether this substance has an influence on the uptake of [3H]-spiperone into rat brain sections. The precursors have also been investigated in comparison with the test substance to recognize possible effects caused by the partial structures of the molecule. (orig./EF)
