Proceedings of the 2. French speaking congress of laser velocimetry

Description

The aim of this second issue of the laser velocimetry congress is to present recent works carried out in difficult environmental conditions in the domains of turbo-machineries, combustion, tow-phase flows, hypersonic flows, cavitation phenomena. The first session is devoted to synthesis presentations about the state-of-the-art of the laser velocimetry technique. Other sessions deal with implementations of the technique in tow-phase flows, aerodynamics and systems, hydrodynamics and convection, particle image velocimetry, aerodynamics and combustion, respectively. One paper dealing specifically with the characterization of sodium aerosols in FBR-type reactors is analysed separately, but several other articles from the tow-phase flow and hydrodynamic sessions can find an application in the nuclear domain
