Appendix 2: The reporting system for operating organization of research reactor

Description
This Reporting System was promulgated by the National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) on June 14, 1995, which is an appendix for Part 2 of the 'Rules for the Implementation of Regulations on the Safety Regulation for civilian Nuclear Installations of the People's Republic of China, and has the same legal effect. The NNSA shall be responsible for interpretation. 'Research reactor' in this reporting system refers to reactor, including the related experimental facility and critical assembly that are used to produce and utilize neutron fluence rate and ionizing radiation for research and other purposes
