Simulation of thermal interactions of lead and bismuth melts with water

Description
The experimental data on the thermal interactions of the metal melts (lead, bismuth) with water are presented. The LAVA stand, methodological problems on the experiments, the measurement results of the pressure pulses by steam explosions are described. The analysis of the experimental data on the steam explosions is carried out; the number of peculiarities, which are conditioned by the specificity of the nature of the thermal interaction in the melt-water system, by the type of the melt-water contact and the type of the experimental facility are noted

Приведены экспериментальные данные по термическому взаимодействию расплавов металлов (свинец, висмут) с водой. Описаны: стенд ЛАВА-П, методические вопросы экспериментов, результаты измерений импульсов давлений при паровых взрывах. Проведен анализ опытных данных по паровым взрывам, отмечены ряд особенностей, которые обусловлены спецификой природы термического взаимодействия в системе расплав/вода, типом контакта расплав/вода и типом экспериментальной установкиAdditional details
