Description
The proceedings contain 30 contributions presented at the conference and summarizing results attained over the 1986-1989 period within the A 01-159-812 Project of the State Plan of Scientific and Technological Development. The topics treated include decontamination technologies and agents; optimization of performance of purification plants and active laundries; waste volume reduction processes; waste incineration, compression, vitrification, calcination, cementation and bituminization and equipment therefor; economic analyses; and some problems of waste disposal and transportation.
