Description
The issue of international register for fissionable materials needs more exact definition in two aspects: what kinds of fissionable materials are to be included, and how many states would be involved (the global community or only two nuclear power states, USA and Russia). A registry of all fissionable materials is the basic part of the proposed international endeavour. The following items are of evident interest: amount of weapon-grade plutonium; amount of reactor-grade plutonium; amount of highly enriched uranium; amount of low enriched uranium with various levels of enrichment
