Proceedings of conference 'Fundamental and applied problems of modern physics'

The Republic scientific-practical conference on 'Fundamental and applied problems of modern physics' on the base of National University of Uzbekistan was held on 18-19 May, 2007 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Students and scientists from universities and academic research institutes discussed various aspects of both fundamental and applied nuclear physics. More than 110 talks were presented in the meeting of on the following subjects: nuclear, atomic and molecular physics; physics of elementary particles; radiation physics of condensed matter; optics and plasma physics, nano technology; astronomy and astrophysics.
