This report contains the proceedings of a workshop held in Budapest, Hungary, from 18 to 22 July 1994. The workshop had, as a basic objective, the promotion of the regional exchange of experience in the use of the IAEA's planning tools and of providing a forum for further co-operation among participating countries.
